INTEREST FREE FINANCING

Through a program with Care Credit Co., our office has arranged for our patients to be eligible to apply for interest-free financing for a period of 12 months from the date of services from our office. All interest charges are paid by Dr. Waidzunas' office.

A simple information form is required which is then faxed by our office. A copy of that form can be obtained either through our office or through this web site by clicking here. We also offer payment by credit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as a senior citizen courtesy upon payment in full at the time of service.
